Seated in vajrasana on a lotus-base with his principle hands in anjalimudra, both secondary ones holding lotus-flower and showing the vitarkamudra, wearing dhoti, bejewelled, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows, incised urna, his hair combed in a chignon secured with a tiara and decorated with a pair of pattras.
Property from the estate of an old Bavarian private collection, bought mainly from Schoettle East Asian Art, Stuittgart in the 1980's, this bronze purchased 31.10.1980 (DM 2600.-)
